At this time, The Crusty Cottage operates as a Georgia Cottage Food bakery and offers local pickup.

For a shipping fee, we can ship baked goods.

 

Order Timing

Our signature items are available for online purchase while quantities last. Because we bake in small batches, some items may sell out.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with:

• Pickup date

• Pickup time window

• Location details

• Any additional instructions

Please read this email carefully.

 

Pickup Expectations

We kindly ask that you arrive within your scheduled pickup window to ensure freshness and proper food safety.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee availability outside of the designated window.

Orders not picked up within the arranged time may be forfeited without refund due to the perishable nature of our products.

 

Sold-Out Items

When an item is marked “sold out,” it simply means we’ve reached our baking capacity for that batch.

Small-batch baking allows us to maintain quality and freshness — and we appreciate your understanding when items go quickly.
